SHIPPING / DELIVERY
All orders to the US ship for a flat rate of either $5 for orders weighing one pound or less, or $10 for orders weighing more than a pound. (These rates exclude AK and HI - please contact me if you are shipping to one of these states.)
Most packages are shipped via USPS. Larger orders ship by FedEx.

I use recyclable and/or biodegradable packing materials, or simply reuse materials whenever possible.
REFUNDS / EXCHANGES / DAMAGED ITEMS
I cannot provide refunds for returns at this time. Please remember that each item is handmade and may have subtle 'imperfections'. Photos are intended to be as close to the actual color as possible, but screen configurations can alter the colors, sometimes significantly. Don't hesitate to inquire if there are any questions you may have prior to purchase!

All items are insured when shipped. If something arrives damaged, please save all packaging, and send photos of the broken goods and the condition of the packaging within 48 hours of receipt.

If an item is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
You can pay online with credit/debit cards.
If you select local pickup as your shipping option, or if you qualify for free delivery (see above), you may pay in person with cash, Google Pay, or Venmo. Just choose "Manual payment" in checkout.
